• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please write “Item for Repair” in the description field on the shipping label.

• Please remove any film from the camera, and detach accessories such as straps if possible.

Once your item arrives, we will send you a quotation by email within 2 business days.

If the cost is within the original estimate, we will proceed with the repair without further confirmation.

If additional work is required or the cost exceeds the estimate, we will contact you before proceeding.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 days.

After that, a cancellation fee may apply.

Once the repair is completed, we will notify you.

Please make payment to the designated bank account.

We will ship your item back using cash on delivery (payment on delivery in Japan).
